The problem was that they weren't tending to needs in the way they were instructed or they were dishonest. They need to train the caregivers and implement them better in the home. It is not easy for me to get around and the caregiver makes coffee in the morning and makes meals. The caregiver I have has been wonderful. She cleans my bathroom for me and changes my sheets. The caregiver comes every Tuesday like she is supposed so.
They were very flexible and could come by with late notice. They took care of my husband when he was in hospice. Hospice was not there 24/7, but CarePlus was. When he was sleeping, if he needed something, they would come and get me.
It takes two people to change him or move him around. At night I am able to sleep and I don't have to care for my husband. They are higher than other people on an hourly rate but I would still recommend them.
The driving was careful, and the care was excellent. It was easy to make appointments, and the people were always on time. They work around my need they help me with laundry. I really like that they are very good at providing care when I need it. CarePlus has made my experience positive by making sure I am comfortable. I like CarePlus because they have good caregivers.
